Fresh Coconut Water – Oh-so Nutritious!

Good friend John Kohler from California visited my home on Maui yesterday. Here is John cutting down some coconuts. Fresh coconut water is super-nutritious. It’s the highest known source of electrolytes, is low in sugar and oh-so refreshing — great in smoothies and fresh juices! The white flesh of the young, small coconuts is tender, easy to digest, delicious and satisfying. Here’s hoping you can take many tropical vacations or, better yet, move to a tropical land where you can nourish your body and soul with the best of all foods and weather.
